What can you say that probably hasn't been re hashed many times. This location is always busy, but I have rarely ever seen one that wasn't which is a huge compliment to their name and brand. This store is always clean and the employees seem to be nice enough, but of I have but one complaint about this store and every other Chipotle for that matter, why do they always have to so ready to give you all you want of rice and other things but when it comes to steak that's when they get cheap and the same goes for the guacamole. ..people you don't own the place, you work there...I'm not saying you have to get stupid with it, but for what the customer is paying they deserve a little more without paying more.

LOVE Chipotle! Ingredients are delicious, fresh & there's quite a few options to choose from. Love the fact you can choose healthier alternatives like brown rice opposed to white rice or black beans opposed to brown. Or you can take it all veggie & skip over the meat for your burrito. The staff at this particular establishment was displeasing, quiet, and you could not get a feel of professionalism what so ever! I think they were all teenagers and clearly they have not worked at a Chipotle very long. The girls making our food were yelling back & forth at each other and laughing b/c they had over filled my burrito & it ripped as she was rolling in. She had asked do you want two tortilla's or just one? I looked at her kind of dumb-founded...b/c she seemed as if she was annoyed with the fact she had to re-roll my burrito. I said two is fine.. and she got an attitude with me & said well it's up to you. I said actually I'd appreciate it if it was just one tortilla shell. Because let's face it, they are HUGE... I didn't need the extra calories & quite honestly it wasn't my mistake. Even though the customer service was poor the food was excellent as always!

Good as always and fast. I like them because you always know what you're going to get, it's fresh and tasty. Maybe not authentic Mexican, but worth it when you are in a hurry

Delicious as always. The only downside was I came in at 11am and the beans looked like they had been sitting out for a while. Very convenient location for shopping. Try half steak half chicken. It's something new.

the staff was very polite and made everything perfectly to order. Even when I asked for hot they made sure I could handle it. And for the prize there was plenty to take them for a second meal!

I love this place. Close to home and in a nice location. I could eat here every day. Never had a bad experience here with the food or the staff.

It's a nice addition to this little area. I like Chipotles. They make the burritos as ordered, using fresh ingredients. They make their own guacamole on site, which costs you....$1.80 extra. That might be a bit steep, but it's really good. They have what every other Chipotles have, which is what I like. They also have margaritas and imported beer from Mexico. I've not tried the margaritas, but I've seen others with them. When I review a common chain, I look at the service. The service here is really good. When I order "I'd like my rice on the side," they understand. I can see my little plastic cup being passed to the next person. At this location, I have a choice of rice: brown, or lime/cilantro. You can guess which I choose. They pass the warmed burrito shell to the meat, and are patient when I stammer, "Uh, I can't decide between vegetarian or chicken." There are 2 types of beans, chicken, beef, pork, steak, vegetarian, or whatever combination you can think of. Each meat is carefully cooked and looks fresh. I often choose chicken or vegetarian. The cheese comes next and sauce. The salsa is made right there. Sour Cream is available, then the server carefully and meticulously folds the burrito into a perfect eatable rectangle, big enough for 2 meals. This Chipotles is new, didn't replace anything, and serves its purpose. I do have a picture, cause it kind of sits a bit hidden. When the Yelp powers that be adds this location to their addresses, I'll upload it.

This Chipotle location is great. Fast and tasty. Not sure why the music needs to be so loud but I don't mind. The place is clean and the staff are friendly. I live near this chipotle so win win. So go ahead and exit i70 and come eat some delicious texmex.

The staff is very friendly, but they ran out of a critical menu item--guacamole--about 45 minutes before closing. And this location does not offer sofritas. Chipotle is my go-to restaurant when traveling, but I was disappointed with the experience at this one.

I came here since it was on my way home, and it was a mistake. The people working the line were fine, and made the bowl(s) exactly how I wanted them. They even saw I had a BOGO coupon that I was going to use, indicating they'd seen them before. At checkout, the kid running the register couldn't get the QR thing to read right so he called over some younger spiccy manager girl who told me I couldn't use it since she cited 'at participating locations' after she couldn't get the thing to work either.. just said in a bitchy way 'we're not participating', and then giggled. So I left without paying. Went straight to Liberty and had no issue at all using the coupon. This one isn't really close to me at all, nor will I ever go to this one again. Hell, the Independence location sounds better than this one now, and I've had my reservations about portion sizes there.

I adore Chipotle. This location is right off the highway, one exit before my usual exit. So, there are many, many times I stop by for a nice lunch. I have been here many more times than my check ins show. I am so focused on ordering my delicious chicken burrito bowl, that I forget to check in. I love this place.

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
